I recently went a little crazy baking and cooking and stuffs xD Hahaha learning home-keeping skills after constant nagging from my grandmama. Although surprisingly, I find it thoroughly enjoyable (: I'm not saying I'm good. I'm far from it but I can prepare uhh mostly desserts xD Haahaha I can sew too ( If you like those senget baju kinds ) XD Hahaha STILL LEARNING! xD So umm, one of my strongest point would be baking (: I've baked loads of stuffs and can digest laa the food xD I'm putting up another blog because I would like to go into a small cupcake business. Although I'm not starting now itself. The planning is underway. I hope that when it launches, you - YES YOU! - would be my first customer (: hehe toodlesss :p

Kelab Rakan Muda PJS

W-ell I have decided to join the Rakan Muda programmes that they're holding just a stone throw away from my house. You may be under the impression that I am doing this out of boredom. Well I'm not. Well maybe just 5% but I am seriously interested in the programmes that they're offering for us teenagers aged 15 years and above. Currently, I am involved in the Remaja Siber programme which encourages teenagers to be well informed about the technology surrounding us. In this oh so advanced era, technology is essential for survival skills and so on. I personally am glad that the government is taking the correct measures of introducing us teenagers to technology through the Rakan Muda programmes. We can learn plenty of useful things through these programmes like blogging, programming websites and etc etc. This programme is done in hopes of moulding the the youth of this country to be more advanced and able to compete with the rest of the world in this age of technology.

Well, the time has come. Finally, after a year of suffering from anxiety due to the PMR examinations, I am proud to say that I AM a FREE bird! The feeling of freedom is very inarticulate. Simply put, it's like the weight of the world has been taken off from your shoulders. But here's the catch, I ACTUALLY feel bored right now -.- Imagine! The usual tradition after PMR would be all fun and living life before you're plunged to death next year with Form 4 madness. Sadly, in my case there's not much fun going around. I guess I have to pull a Phineas and Ferb on this one ;) For those of you who consider yourselves adults who are no longer fazed by kiddy shows - yeah, I admit to liking em - and do not know who Phineas and Ferb are, you can ignore me (: What shall I do today then? Climbing up the Eiffel tower? ;)

Hello again. I am feeling so bored today! I am not emo-ing but I just feel lonely!! My sister went to a sleepover at our cousins house because she is on holiday for the UPSR exams and I'm still stuck in school!! WAH!!!! I seriously need to get out more!! Do you know that I have NEVER been out with my friends on my own!!! That is so lame and frustrating!! I am sure that I can still be a good girl and student even if I go out with my friends sometimes but my parents doesn't think so!!! I'm not complaining because I LOVE spending time with my family but sometimes I just wanna see a movie with my friends instead of my family just for once.....Sigh!!! I am such a loser!!!!

Hey my fellow followers!! I've just tried on my first ever pair of high heels and let me tell you that after this experience my blisters have blisters!!! ARGH! I can't tell you how painful my feet were. Whoever designed heels are out to get feet. They must hate them to kill them like that. Though i admit I look quite nice and TALLER that's for sure. But I will NEVER ever wear them again except for formal functions. It hurts too much!!! Maybe I'll buy the open-toed high heels then it won't be too painful hmmm..... what do you think?? More importantly what do my parents think of buying another high heels after I JUST got one??? Sigh!!

Michael Buble'......... my sister says his name is way too funny and always pronounces it as Bubble but she just isn't that into jazz and doesn't fully appreciate the kind of soulful and romantic songs that Michael Buble' delivers. My mom and I on the other hand absolutely adore him and all of his songs. My personal favorite would be "The Way You Look Tonight". It is absolutely romantic and nice and just everything. Right now I am listening to all of the Michael Buble' songs. Call me old fashioned but all the old and slow types of music are what appeal to me the most unlike the hip hop and not to mention RUDE songs that are playing nowadays. I mean how can we even listen to all this ridiculous songs like " U r so gay"," I kissed a girl" and whateverlah. They are so misleading and will eventually corrupt our way of thinking thus the dirty minded people are born and that will lead to bigger things like criminal minds that kill and even rape for pleasure. I mean music is meant for the relaxation of the soul not to be abused this way. People would sell their dignity performing in clothes that are for the sore eyes like to mention a few examples; Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and so on. I mean its not too bad if you just show SOME flesh but not wear a bubble wrap as an excuse for clothes. I write these things in hope that people would feel remorse and try and save the world for a change by planting trees or recycling rather that corrupting other people. i also want to remind you that I write this as only my personal opinion and those who thinks otherwise will have no objection from me and I implore you to not condemn me as we all have the freedom of speech and thought. Anyways back to Michael Buble'; yes now the song " The Way You Look Tonight" is a timeless classic and if you don't believe me here are the lyrics and you can listen to the song at the column of my blog under " A Little Bit Of Fun For The Blues".

I cannot believe how fast the time flew and wouldn't you know it we are already arriving on the fasting month and soon it would be the muslims favourite holiday of the year: Hari Raya Aidilfitri!!! Woo-hoo!! I can't wait!! I am actually a picky eater and would be glad to not eat for like half a day!! So it's like puasa is my big break from eating.....but sometimes you feel dizzy and your mouth will absolutely water at the thought of food but I am getting ahead of myself. Speaking of that, my mom , sister and I just spent the entire day shopping for FABULOUS clothes to wear this Raya and I have found the most absolutely amazing dress and shoes and I LOVE it!!

P.S For your information these shoes are my first EVER pair of high heels and they're not even skinny heels but I just absolutely LOVE them to pieces!!!!

Harry Potter

I absolutely love Harry Potter!! At the same time, I am utterly disappointed that J.K Rowling decided to only give birth to only 7 masterpieces of the Harry Potter saga. Harry Potter is such a success that I think she should draw out her mighty sword a.k.a her pen and write us a new fantastic novel. However to drown myself in the blues I am forced to re-read the Harry Potter series again and this time I am grateful for my lack of memory power as now I can re-read it all over again while still feeling that I've read a new book because I have TOTALLY forgotten what happened in the book apart from what happened in the movie. Funny isn't it and all the blame or credit goes to my brain which is a little nutty!!!

I am so sorry that I haven't posted anything for such a long time but our school was having the Monthly Test and I've been so preoccupied with things that I have been neglecting my blog!! I apologize greatly for this inconvenience!! However I back on my feet with more interesting stories to tell!!!

H1N1

Well do I have a shock for you!!! Our school has been struck with H1N1!! The teachers were explaining the situation which we have so unfortunately fallen into while the students were all in state of panic!!! A lot of students were told to go home when showed signs of having the dreadful disease symptoms like coughing, runny nose and fever. A lot of parents were coming in and calling the school to enquire inside information on what has really happened. Apparently, two students and a teacher were confirmed positive for H1N1 by the doctor and are now being admitted and quarantined in the hospital!! Of course hearing this, parents took no time to come and take their children back home as a precaution for this dreadful disease!! Even I am not allowed to go to school by both my grandma and my mother who fears me catching this highly contagious disease!! But hey I got no complaints on this decision!!

Exams

As mentioned above I just sat for my monthly exams and let me tell you, high school is a rocky turf. It has more hardships than the other phases of our life. I mean not only on the aspect of social interactions or other stuff but on the learning part too. You can't imagine how much info must we forced into and lock into our poor tired brain. For example history is one of the most hardest subject that I have to struggle with these days. I mean even BM is not as hard as history. I just HATE memorising all this stuff!!! I mean what is the point??? I just don't get it.... Sigh Maybe the reason I hate history is because I just got through with my latest paper "tembaking" half of the questions!!!!!! I am just so frustrated!!!

But all in all don't let my miserable mood bring you down. It hasn't brought me down so why should you?? Anyways have a bit of fun for the blues, TV always helps now doesn't it? And if that doesn't helps try going on an adventure through the lives of others by reading for surely their lives would be far more exciting than ours.......

If you had noticed, the time flew like the concord. The month of July came and gone just like that!! Snap! and it's the month of August. Where did the time go?? Let's see; I sleet, I eat, I go to school, I do my homework, I have tuition and THAT'S ALL!! That has been my routine for the entire year!!! I am so boring!!! Sigh, what to do right?? Maybe I should spice up the rest of the year by making a drastic change. Who knows, I might change from a plain Jane to a lean, mean rocking machine!!! Yeah!!

Geography Project

Phew! I am finally going to finish my Geography Project! I have done the front page, the Senarai Kandungan, the Penghargaan, the Pendahuluan, the Objektif Kajian, the Kaedah Kajian, the Dapatan Kajian 8.2 & 8.3, the Lampiran and the Rujukan. So now the only things that need to be done are the Kawasan Kajian, Dapatan Kajian 8.1, 8.4 & 8.5 and the Rumusan. Thank goodness I only have a few to go. Sigh if only somebody could help me finish the rest. We have to hand it over by the first week of August. AARGH!!

Today was a boring day. Esther, Regina and I missed about three quarters of our classes today due to practicing for our poetry recital. It's not hard but we just can't get the last stanza right because we have to say it in harmony and I suppose we are not harmonized. Anyways, we decided to ask _________ to control the radio. Melaka Here I Come

Tomorrow my family & I are going to Melaka for a much needed R&R. Even though mom has a few business to take care of there, we get to relax and enjoy life, with not a care in the world. You know, a lot of people nowadays are replacing the word depressed or moody with the word "emo-ing" to say that we are looking down in the blues. I guess I am not up to date on the current lingo but I guess I will try. I suppose I am emo-ing now because of certain reasons. You know what's it like to be ignored? What's it like to always be the listener and not the confider? I just need a shoulder to cry on or maybe somebody who would lend an ear to listen to my problems. As the title above, I have recently entered a poetry writing and reciting competition where I was told to group with two of my friends in order to come up with a poem on Unity. I was confident that I colud do it but when it came to the writing, my mighty sword ( a.k.a. my pencil ) could not produce anything. I was bashed. I had realize that poetry wasn't a child's play thing. It was hard for poetry isn't something you can force or rush. I now realize that I had to be composed to write such a beautiful thing as a poem. And I did just that. As I calmed myself and thought about all thinbgs related to unity. Surprisingly, I thought of my old school SKDOJ ( Sekolah Kebangsaan Dato' Onn Jaafar ) which was part of a wawasan school meaning that it consisted of three schools of different races. There was a chinese school, an indian school and of course a malay school. Then it hit me, I have experienced first hand what unity really meant. For at my school, we had to share everything including the canteen, the dewan and the assembly place. I admit that in other to do this all our facilities were very huge but nevertheless, we shared everything. I then slowly came up with ideas to write a poem that wasn't too shabby. Here it is,

WE STAND

We stand here together with one thing in mind,
To help all of human kind,
But I ask thee how odd,
That we can accept a cat or a dog,
But we cannot accept others,
Just because of their colours.

We are living now to witness and see,
All the birds flying with glee,
Each lending the other a feather,
To help out each other,
No matter how they appear,
To survive and thrive through the years.

We exist in a world with such wonder,
To get along with one another,
For deep down we are all the same,
So there is no need to be ashame,
Each heartbeat, each breath and footstep are all alike,
So tell us why must we fight,

We are gathered here together to realize,
No matter what we look like on the outside,
We are blood and bones on the inside,
So we are present today with a motto to live by,
UNITY, a very strong tie.For united we stand and divided we fall

I suppose it's alright though I was never satisfied with this piece of work. A penny for your thoughts as I would love to know what you think of my poem.....
